Theme
of the tour:
You can see the process for making shochu. We make imo-shochu, or
shochu made from sweet potato between September and December as
well as mugi-shochu, or shochu made from oats between January and
June. Although we don’t usually make any kind of shochu in July
and August, you can still enjoy a visit to our plant. You will certainly
enjoy tasting some shochu after the tour. |
