You can see the manufacturing of ultra-precise molds. Our comprehensive
plant, completed in November 2001, is kept at a constant temperature,
humidity and cleanness: The temperature is 24℃±1℃, the humidity
is 50％±10％ and the air purity high, so that there are under 500
thousand/particles per cubic foot. This controlled environment prevents
our products from being affected by such things as thermal expansion.
We design parts for molds and use self-made flat-surface grinding
machines for the grinding process of parts for ultra-precise molds.
Therefore, you can see the integrated production of ultra-precise
molds including the production of a die blade by a large-scale machine,
and the assembly processing of one thousand parts of an ultra-precise
mold. |
